Overview

The Microsoft Agentic Security organization is building the next generation of AI-powered security solutions, rethinking how security work gets done in the era of AI. As part of the Microsoft Agentic Security organization, the Project Perception team is pioneering a new security paradigm that combines frontier AI models, security expertise, knowledge graphs, and deep security context to transform how defenders detect, investigate, and respond to threats. Perception brings together specialized security agents that collaborate across the security lifecycle:

• Red agents continuously identify risks, attack paths, exposures, and security gaps before adversaries can exploit them.

• Blue agents investigate threats, develop detections, and help defenders prioritize and respond to security incidents.

• Green agents drive remediation and hardening recommendations to improve organizational security posture. Together, these agents help security teams operate with greater speed, precision, and scale while keeping humans in control of critical decisions. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to help define and deliver the future of AI-native security experiences. You will work at the intersection of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and large-scale distributed systems, partnering closely with engineering, security research, design, and business leaders to create products used by security teams worldwide.
