What you’ll do:
- Serve as the Systems Administrator overseeing access control, video management, and other critical systems, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance. This includes regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to plan, execute, and finalize system builds and upgrades across APAC and EMEA regions. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Respond to and resolve service calls related to system issues, providing timely and efficient support. This includes diagnosing problems, implementing solutions, and documenting resolutions to improve future processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 3+ years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on managing access control, video management, or similar infrastructure systems. Proven ability to maintain and troubleshoot complex systems is essential.
- Strong technical expertise in system design, implementation, and maintenance, with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactively. Familiarity with security and compliance best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and regions. Experience in supporting global operations, particularly in APAC and EMEA, is highly desirable.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below. Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
