NVIDIA is looking for a Customer Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of sophisticated, multidisciplinary programs for system level integration and qualification of AI Enterprise Workstation Solutions as well as sustaining activities. We expect you to thrive in an agile and forward-thinking environment where we constantly balance between technical complexity, process, quality as well as execution speed. You must have a proven track record on delivering Enterprise Workstation Platforms level solutions across with strong planning and technical skills. Those programs will have to accomplish aspects of a business's larger strategy. And, as such, a passion for high-level planning and critical thinking is the cornerstone for this role.
As a member of the Customer Technical Program Management team, you will support external OEM System Partners from early development phases through coordination of system integration, certification, production readiness for mass production. You will also be required to support the product throughout its lifecycle. These phases include early design through qualification and production readiness. You will be collaborating with multi-functional teams across the company to plan and drive Hardware/Software multi-functional teams. Additionally, assembling requirements, helping prioritization, scheduling, and planning for all phases of the product life cycle. Develop and handle breakthroughs and schedules for the many moving parts that need to come together. Lead and improve existing product development and software release processes; collaborate with engineering management on improving the development workflow and engineering efficiency. You have an opportunity to work well with diverse technical groups, spanning all interpersonal levels.
What you'll be doing:
Aligning the customer with NVIDIA Enterprise Workstation Platform integration requirements into specific tasks and assignment of those tasks to relevant functional areas should come second nature to you.
Collecting, prioritizing, tracking, and driving customer-reported issues to resolution/closure is a key focus of this role.
Clearly and thoughtfully communicate issue status to the customer and to internal NVIDIA Executive teams.
Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve planning, technical and logistical issues, set correct expectations and keep the scope of the projects on a track to successful execution.
Efficiently coordinate and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering (hardware and software) discussions.
Properly represent the sense of urgency of issues and raise them (internally and/or externally) as appropriate.
Regularly communicate executive level program report status and key issues to management.
Develop a close working relationship with customer development teams and use creativity to find the best solution. You are a system builder with good solid understanding of assembling and connecting workstation system components such as GPUs, CPUs, memory, networking, and storage systems.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
