What you'll be doing:
Lead multi-functional teams together with OEM/ODM, network & storage vendors, software partners to deliver next generation of AI Storage Computing Platforms.
Define the strategy and tactics for successfully driving GPU and Storage server solutions and integration of sophisticated hardware and software stacks, from evaluation/proof-of-concept to design/development/qualification/validation, through customer acceptance and start of service.
Lead and improve existing product development by scoping projects, identifying and assembling the core support teams, formally kicking off projects with customers, developing a joint project timeline, supporting the design-in effort by providing technical collateral/tools.
Coordinate and facilitate engineering design reviews, ensuring the implementation of any customer-required features, driving resolution of any blocking issues/bugs, and ensuring timely customer acceptance and production deployment.
Effectively organize and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering (hardware and software) discussions.
Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve technical and logistical issues, set correct expectations and keep the scope of the projects on a track to successful execution
Regularly communicate the program status and key issues to customer and management.
Identify organizational learning opportunities for continuous improvements.

BS/MS Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
12+ years relevant work experience required.
Strong Technical Programs Management experience for complex OEM/ODM System Level integration, development and qualification.
Previous experience around SW/HW System Level life cycle, understand key indicators to effectively lead program/project.
Experience on driving execution and coordination between internal teams and external accounts.
Partner with leadership teams to provide dashboards, reports, and insights for critical metrics and managing risks.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
