The LinkedIn LTS Monetization Strategy team is looking for a Manager, Monetization Strategy to accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market/product strategy for our business. This individual will collaborate with key business partners across marketing, sales, finance, product, and operations to spearhead key initiatives. These include crafting new business models, optimizing pricing and packaging strategies for existing and future offerings, driving improved execution of pricing strategies, and evolving LinkedIn’s global pricing policies.

Responsibilities:
Independently execute or recommend changes to regional GTM monetization programs or pricing‑led initiatives, framing problem statements, identifying hypotheses, and setting expectations with cross-functional stakeholders.
Evaluate GTM readiness of initiatives by partnering with global/regional stakeholders, surfacing insights, and socializing recommendations with appropriate nuance.
Develop evidence‑based recommendations using qualitative & quantitative methods and independently prioritize workstreams to drive operational and revenue impact.
Define, track, and socialize key pricing metrics, forecasting deal volumes, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining a clear pulse on business performance.
Solve complex deal exceptions and identify opportunities to improve documentation, processes, and automation across pricing operations.
Build strong relationships with key cross‑functional stakeholders, securing buy‑in and aligning on pricing program impact, execution needs, and GTM operations.
Deal Strategy:
Act as a trusted deal advisor—creating optimized pricing options, articulating trade‑offs, and influencing sales leadership in proposal and exception processes.
Independently drive components of Customer Lifecycle Management, deal governance improvements, and business value narratives using advanced qualitative & quantitative methods.
Pricing Strategy:
Lead voice of customer and field interviews and large-scale quantitative customer research using techniques including max diff, conjoint, concept tests and pricing/value assessments.
Proactively identify revenue opportunities and resource needs for pricing initiatives while influencing decision making through structured recommendations, best-in-class packaging processes and rigorous performance tracking
Planning & Reporting:
Own end‑to‑end planning, forecasting, and reporting for core metrics, partnering with Sales, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance to improve governance and decision‑making.
Identify growth opportunities through performance measurement/analysis and develop foundations for streamlined planning and reporting processes.
Pricing Systems & Operational Excellence:
Serve as the pricing lead for operational improvement projects—assessing system capabilities, identifying automation opportunities, and proposing cross‑system solutions.
Translate pricing strategy, workflows, and operational changes into BRDs, coordinating across technical teams to implement scalable system enhancements.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in pricing, consulting, banking, or other strategic & analytical role
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated capability to independently structure complex problems, apply analytical and modeling techniques, and generate clear and actionable recommendations
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize and manage workloads independently in dynamic environments
Proven track record of anticipating business needs, synthesizing insights across multiple workstreams, and translating them into well-supported strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in applying AI tools to automate workflows, enhance reporting, and surface insights that improve operational and business performance.
Ability to apply core statistical concepts to validate hypotheses and interpret data patterns with analytical rigor
Skilled in financial modeling and data analysis, connecting quantitative findings to broader business implications for sound decision-making.
Suggested skills:
Excellent in communicating complex ideas with clarity and structure, and effectively framing trade-offs for senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Strong business and pricing judgment to identify opportunities and guide high impact decisions with limited oversight
Advanced proficiency in advanced analytical tools including Excel, SQL and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) to analyze datasets, build dashboards, and generate insights that enable data-driven decisions
