Overview

The Engines and Experiences customer experience team is looking for a Digital Experience Manager to help grow our Cloud Computing and AI platform business. This position will work closely with business stakeholders to help develop web strategy, user journeys, and go-to-market (GTM) motions for these sites.

The team’s vision is to create high-quality websites that inform, educate, and support customers throughout their digital experience. Our charter is to manage, optimize, and test our worldwide web properties to drive engagement, leads, and trials. We are a fast-paced group focused on delivering results, simplifying processes, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. You will work across a variety of initiatives, helping inform decisions that impact customer experiences, acquisition funnels, and global web experiences.



Responsibilities
  • Develop and present strategies, marketing plans, and user journeys for key programs and experiences within the digital ecosystem.
  • Lead marketing requirements and campaign initiatives for the cloud computing and AI platform portfolio.
  • Incorporate customer insights and feedback into strategies that support the end-to-end digital funnel.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives for web channels.
  • Use qualitative UX research and A/B testing to identify opportunities to improve the web direct channel experience. Share insights to inform partners.
  • Help ensure digital customer journeys support engagement from acquisition through sales and lead generation processes.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing and engineering to obtain, clarify, and validate requirements for new features and capabilities.
  • Lead reporting and analysis in partnership with operations and engineering teams. Monitor and analyze key metrics on a regular basis. Use customer and business data to inform plans, activities, and decision-making.
  • Lead global web requirements for marketing engagement and site implementation.

Required/minimum qualifications
 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
 
Additional or preferred qualifications
 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.


Integrated Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $86,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $113,300 - $187,400 per year.
