The most ambitious technical products in the world are built by small groups of exceptional people operating at peak clarity and pace, on a team defined not by titles but by capability, judgment, and the will to build. This role is where clarity gets created: you will define what success looks like, drive delivery across teams, and build deep technical and business judgment in one of the fastest-moving areas of the company. You will also have flexible work options, including the ability to work from home up to half of the week, to support how you do your best work.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more, and we're dedicated to this mission across every aspect of our company.
