ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Facilities Operations Supervisor at SpaceXAI Memphis, you will oversee the maintenance and performance of critical data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental systems. You will lead a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, driving hands-on technical operations, team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our data center. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure, including HVAC, power distribution, and backup systems.
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules, equipment calibration, and system performance monitoring.
- Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to streamline equipment intake, installation, and maintenance processes.
