This role follows a hybrid work schedule and reports to the Director of Product Management.
You will:

Define and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for Waymo’s AV simulator

Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, operations, system engineering and safety experts to define product requirements

Collaborate with Engineering, Research, Systems Engineering, Safety, and Operations teams to gather requirements, align roadmaps, and ensure successful development and deployment of new simulation capabilities.

You have:

A BS degree in Computer Science, engineering, similar technical field or equivalent practical experience.

6+ years of relevant product management experience, with a proven track record of owning and launching complex technical products.

Strong technical acumen and demonstrated experience developing and launching AI/ML powered products, including familiarity with foundation models or generative AI.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
We prefer:

Experience working on simulation systems, robotics, autonomous vehicle technology, or game engines.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
