This role is part of the Global Accounts team, overseeing some of the largest and most strategic accounts in LMS. The role of a Client Solutions Manager is to build and manage relationships with customers by discovering and executing against their objectives and serving as a trusted advisor. You will collaborate with your Account Director as well as cross-functional teams to drive growth. This involves identifying trends, educating the customer organisation at scale on our capabilities, troubleshooting and solving problems, providing ongoing marketing strategy consultation as well as identifying areas where we can offer value that accelerates revenue growth. You will collaborate with other regions and scale learnings and best practices in order to drive stronger performance on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering an outstanding customer experience and consultative support aligned to customer marketing objectives
  • Partner with Account Directors to understand customer goals and recommend LinkedIn solutions, insights and best practices that improve campaign outcomes
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic and tactical optimisation recommendations
  • Proactively communicate new product capabilities, platform enhancements and industry best practices that support customer success
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of LinkedIn solutions and partner with Account Directors on growth opportunities
  • Consult on campaign planning, targeting, implementation, optimisation and reporting across the campaign lifecycle
  • Provide guidance on creative and content best practices to maximise campaign effectiveness
  • Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience and ongoing customer education programmes
  • Support customers in measuring success and demonstrating value through reporting, insights and performance analysis
  • Promote customer self-sufficiency by driving adoption of LinkedIn marketing resources, tools and training
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Product Marketing, Insights and Technical Support to ensure customer success

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media  
  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles with global/regional internal stakeholder management experience
