About the Role

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. 

This role sits within Technology & Product Operations (TPO) and supports LinkedIn's SaaS business as a Sr Product Owner, focused on the technology ecosystem that powers Sales Planning and Go-to-Market Operations. You will partner with senior product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements and new capabilities across the different Planning systems and tools that support our Sales organization.

You will own a portfolio of planning products and capabilities that enable territory planning, quota management, forecasting, organizational planning, and operational decision-making across LinkedIn's global SaaS Sales organization. Working closely with Sales Planning, GTM Operations, Product, Engineering, and business leaders, you will translate complex planning processes into scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.  

You will lead product discovery, define roadmaps, prioritize investments, partner closely with Engineering through delivery, and drive successful adoption of new capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product ownership with a deep understanding of SaaS planning processes and enterprise sales technology. 

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product ownership for assigned Sales Planning technology domains from discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Sales Planning, GTM Operations, Finance, and Sales Leadership to understand planning processes, identify opportunities, and define product strategy
  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand planning workflows, pain points, operational constraints, and future business needs
  • Translate business problems into product requirements, user stories, process flows, and prioritized backlogs
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business priorities and technology strategy
  • Partner with Engineering and TPM teams throughout agile delivery to ensure high-quality execution
  • Drive prioritization by balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and operational complexity
  • Define success metrics and leverage data to measure product adoption, operational improvements, and business outcomes
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, rollout planning, change management, and stakeholder enablement 
  • Monitor product adoption and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Analyze data and user feedback to help measure business impact and inform future enhancements
  • Maintain documentation, product artifacts, and process standards for assigned initiatives
