As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that solutions meet strategic business goals. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align development efforts with organizational priorities, while maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing software products. The lead also dedicates time to reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and fostering an environment that supports innovation and quality throughout the development process.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to maintain alignment with timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable software architectures and implementing best coding practices.
- Experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycles within complex environments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently while maintaining system performance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques relevant to enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a strategic mindset to align technology with business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
