SAP PS Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS Lead to lead business process design and solution delivery within the SAP Project Systems area. This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, design effective business processes, and deliver solutions that support current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process design and functional solution activities for SAP Project Systems (PS).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective functional and application designs.
• Develop and implement business solutions aligned with business and functional requirements.
• Ensure solutions address both current operational requirements and future business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and refine business processes.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead process design, mapping, and analysis activities.
• Provide functional guidance and support to project team members.
• Contribute to key solution and design decisions across relevant workstreams.
• Support problem-solving and coordination across business and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Business Process Design.
• Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools.
• Strong experience in process design, mapping, and analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business process design and analysis capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams or workstreams.
