Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. You will design solutions tailored to client requirements, write and test code to ensure it meets quality standards, and collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance existing software. Your work will span multiple client projects, requiring adaptability and attention to detail to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions that support business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously update skills and stay informed about industry trends to improve project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Physical Site Security.
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to physical security environments.
- Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards applicable to site security.
- Ability to integrate physical security considerations into software development processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in security-related software components.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Physical Site Security.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
