＜In this position you will…＞
…lead the commercial launch and growth of bolttech’s new and innovative consumer propositions, such as cyber protection. As a marketing expert, you will drive sales conversion, funnel optimisation, activation and ongoing customer usage, working with distribution partners, account teams and cross-functional stakeholders to turn customer access into measurable engagement and growth.

What you'll do

＜In this position you will…＞
.. be leading and owning the DevOps practices within a multidisciplinary team within a diverse and fast-paced environment to build and develop advanced online insurance platforms and services. You will be part of the driving force to implement hyperconnectivity services and execute the API strategy, working closely with various business units to set up robust DevOps practices. You will also be building tools and systems that enable development squads to deliver faster, better, and more secure applications. You will focus on driving a DevOps culture within the group, setting standards that align technology with organizational strategy to support rapid growth. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in automating cloud infrastructure and services while ensuring the reliability of technology services across the business.

＜You will be responsible for…＞
・ Managing and operating the end-to-end deployment lifecycle and overall system stability to ensure seamless production releases.
・ Owning the day-to-day operations and health of cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
・ Cultivating a DevOps culture by advocating for Infrastructure-As-Code (IaC), CI/CD, observability, and monitoring practices among software engineers.
・ Developing and maintaining microservices deployed on Kubernetes to ensure scalable and resilient application delivery.
・ Implementing requirements for the API layer, including security, custom analytics, throttling, and caching using API Management Platforms.
・ Managing key cloud accounts such as AWS and GCP while ensuring proper accounting and cost allocation, and resource optimization.
・ Acting as the security and compliance champion by reviewing cloud architectures and assessing inherent risks against standards.
・ Building tooling and automation to improve the productivity of feature squads and overall business efficiency.
・ Conducting information risk assessments to identify potential gaps and providing recommendations for mitigating controls.
・ Assisting in troubleshooting, post-mortem analysis, and the implementation of preventative measures to ensure system stability.
・ Providing design and implementation feedback to ensure services are developed within constraints such as cost and maintainability.
・ Collaborating with the Group Security and Risk Management teams to ensure continuous infrastructure hardening and regulatory compliance.
・ Planning for disaster recovery for both new and existing applications to maintain business continuity.

Requirements

・ BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
・ Minimum 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a Developer or Engineer, with a strong focus on DevOps methodologies and cloud technologies
・ Deep hands-on knowledge of AWS or GCP services and their application in modern systems architecture
・ Proficiency with Infrastructure-As-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
・ Hands-on experience in containerizing applications and managing orchestration through Kubernetes
・ Strong experience with CI/CD tools and services such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Artifactory, or Docker
・ Hands-on knowledge of application and infrastructure monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Zabbix
・ Experience in operating and utilizing Datadog for observability and system monitoring is advantageous
・ Solid understanding of API design standards, patterns, and security protocols such as OAuth 2.0, TLS, and OpenAPI
・ Experience in conducting technical risk assessments and familiarity with security standards such as NIST, PCI DSS, or ISO27K
・ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to diverse audiences
・ Relevant cloud or security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CCSP, or CISSP) are considered an advantage
・ Ability to share experience and lessons learned with team members through active mentoring and collaboration
