A day in the life
As a Sourcing Recruiter on the Agile Sourcing Team, you'll focus on designing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies for critical infrastructure roles. Your day might include mapping talent markets to identify passive candidates, using Boolean search and AI-powered platforms to surface qualified prospects, and engaging candidates through personalized outreach. You'll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs, then translate those insights into targeted pipeline strategies. You'll also analyze sourcing metrics and market trends to share strategic recommendations with leadership, mentor colleagues on emerging tools and methodologies, and continuously refine your approaches based on what's working. Throughout it all, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving fluidly between deep research, relationship building, and data-driven decision making.

As a member of this team, you'll work alongside experienced sourcing professionals who are passionate about talent strategy, mentoring, and building inclusive pipelines that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. Together, we're shaping the future of how AWS attracts critical infrastructure talent for our Data Centers.
