- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to understand workforce priorities and hiring challenges, using talent intelligence to inform sourcing, recruitment, and broader workforce strategies.
- Embed inclusive sourcing practices and consideration of diverse talent pools across talent intelligence, sourcing, and pipeline strategies.
- Track sourcing and talent intelligence outcomes and continuously improve strategies, methodologies, tools, and ways of working based on data, stakeholder feedback, and evolving business needs.
- Stay current on emerging talent intelligence, sourcing, AI, analytics, and recruitment technologies, identifying opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and drive more innovative approaches.
Expected skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Intelligence, Talent Acquisition, strategic sourcing, talent research, or related disciplines, including 4+ years of hands-on experience in talent sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline development, and strategic talent projects, ideally supporting specialized roles within the biopharma or life sciences industry (e.g., R&D, Medical).
- Strong talent sourcing and market research capabilities, with the ability to analyze talent markets, identify relevant talent pools, and translate insights into actionable sourcing and talent strategies.
- Experience working in a complex, global organization, with strong business acumen and the ability to navigate evolving priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities, with experience using sourcing, talent intelligence, ATS/CRM, data and analytics platforms, and emerging AI-enabled technologies.
