Original job description

Content provided by the employer

Launched in November 2024, Amazon Haul is a shopping experience in the Amazon Shopping app where customers discover affordable fashion, home, lifestyle, electronics and everyday products, with millions of items under $20. We've grown quickly since launch, operate with high visibility to senior leadership, and run on constant experimentation to understand and serve customers better.

We are seeking a customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to drive growth initiatives for Amazon Haul. You will own multi-team initiatives that shape how customers discover, shop and return to Haul, and you will lead the product and go-to-market strategy for new launches. Haul is investing in reaching more new customers and bringing existing customers back more often, and this role will lead initiatives that help drive that growth.

Key job responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of growth initiatives end to end, from strategy and goals through launch and results
- Dive deep on customer behavior and data to find the biggest opportunities in how customers discover, shop and return to Haul
- Lead product and go-to-market plans for new launches with engineering, design, marketing, operations and finance partners
- Design and run experiments, read out results rigorously, then scale what works and stop what doesn't
- Write the narratives that shape roadmap and leadership decisions, and build AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive work

A day in the life
A typical week splits between working sessions with engineering, design and marketing partners from ideation through launch, focused time on data and experiment results, and prototyping. You'll review weekly business metrics with the team, decide which tests to scale, and use AI agents to automate analysis and reporting and take actions that improve the customer experience. As the business grows, the role offers room to take on larger scope and broader initiatives.

About the team
You'll join the Amazon Haul product team, which owns the customer shopping experience and the work that brings customers to Haul and keeps them coming back. You'll work alongside product managers and product marketers, and closely with engineering, design and business partners across Haul. We are AI-native: AI agents are part of how we work every day, from analysis to taking actions that improve the customer experience, so the team can deliver outsized impact.
