Original job description

Content provided by the employer

The Publisher Experience team seeks a Front-End Engineer (FEE) to build web and agentic AI based customer experiences for our publisher customers to meet our goal of providing the best Advertising Supply technologies. You will partner with our customers, Senior Engineers, Principal Engineers, and teams across advertising to design, implement, evaluate and improve our architecture.

Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. We help advertisers reach Amazon customers on Amazon.com, across our other owned and operated sites, on other high quality sites across the web, and on millions of devices (Kindles, Fire tablets, Fire TV, Alexa, mobile, Twitch, and more). We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising. If you’re interested in developing innovative customer experiences and make an impact, you’ve come to the right place.

Key job responsibilities
This is a rare opportunity to work on completely new agentic AI based user experience at Amazon. You will be a foundational member of the team that builds a world-class, green-field user interface for the Amazon Supply-Side Technologies in Advertising. You’ll work with product owners, UX designers, and SDEs to scope, design, implement, test and launch new experiences and features to simplify, automate, and reduce the effort to recognize and find the perfect audiences for our publishers. Our team is just beginning, and working through the architecture and talking with our customers and partners to set a bold vision focused on ease of use, scaling and developer agility. You will be a critical decision-maker for the technologies, architecture, and tools we use to build, test, and deploy our publisher experiences. You will put your architecture and designs ideas into practice to delight our customers.

About the team
Be a Day 1 member of a growing team that is investing heavily in both User and Dev Experiences and User Interfaces in Amazon’s number 1 growing business. Work on the initial implementation of federation and feature implementation to amaze our publishers, and iterate to drive their business and save them time. Work together with a data-driven team spanning product ownership, UX, and development to delight customers. You will have major influence on our architecture and get to build out functionality using modern web tools and libraries. Solve interesting scale problems as we increase our customer base and grow volume 5x. Our overarching mission is to create a frictionless campaign management experience. We will simplify, automate and reduce effort at every turn for our advertising customers to put the right ad in front of the right audience at the right time in a cost effective manner.
