Azure Red Hat OpenShift / Linux Senior Architect (15+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Azure Red Hat OpenShift / Linux Senior Architect with 15+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, container platforms, Linux administration, and cloud-native technologies. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer advisory responsibilities to help organizations optimize, modernize, and secure their OpenShift environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor across OpenShift, Linux Administration, Identity, and Security.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex issues through telemetry, log analysis, and root-cause investigations.
• Develop prioritized remediation and optimization recommendations based on technical findings and business impact.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle management activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, security, and business teams to achieve customer success.

Mandatory Qualifications

✅ 15+ years of experience in Linux administration, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related technologies.

✅ Advanced English communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.

✅ Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.

✅ Proven ability to deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

✅ Hands-on expertise in:

• OpenShift
• Kubernetes
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Containers
• Docker
• Helm
• CI/CD
• Networking
• Monitoring
• Automation

✅ Experience with Linux administration and containerized environments.

✅ Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Knowledge of:

• Azure Infrastructure
• Identity and Access Management
• Security and Governance
• Automation Frameworks
• Enterprise Cloud Platforms

⭐ Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

⭐ Experience supporting large-scale modernization, migration, or transformation initiatives.

⭐ Experience with PowerShell or other automation tools.
