The Home Trial Services Global Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the operational success of home visits as outlined in the assigned clinical projects. This role involves working closely with the Home Trial Services Project Manager in addition to collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to support the successful execution of participant home visits. 

What You'll Do:

  • Manages supply readiness for home care visits on assigned trials.  

  • Meets with internal teams to coordinate efforts to facilitate healthcare professionals’ (HCP) onboarding and training to include access to technology platforms necessary to complete protocol visits.  

  • Evaluates healthcare professionals' (HCP) qualifications, licensure, and CVs to hand off to the HTS Project Manager for further review.  

  • Participates in ongoing training for recertifications and on new regulations.  

  • Represents the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives as per the business requirements.  

  • Mentors, guides, and supports junior team members.  

  • Participates in process improvement initiatives.  

  • Acts as the liaison between clinical sites, HCPs and vendors.  

  • Clinical site contact for questions, concerns, and escalations. 

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training
and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the
requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language and grammar  

  • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills  

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite  

  • Ability to work in team environment, as well as work independently with moderate guidance  

  • Solid relationship building with 3rd party management  

  • Ability to provide customer service with the highest standards of quality and excellence  

  • Ability to multi-task as necessary  

  • Performs a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by changing conditions and demands
