DESCRIPTION

Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Digital Project Manager supporting Talent Acquisition, and make a meaningful impact on our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted consultant and technical expert, leading Talent Acquisition initiatives that leverage cutting-edge digital solutions, agentic capabilities, and workflow optimization. You'll partner with stakeholders to not only execute projects, but to provide strategic recommendations that enhance processes, user experience, and business outcomes.


How you will contribute:

  • Evaluate the end-to-end recruitment process and consult with stakeholders to recommend strategic improvements and process optimizations.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition projects from ideation to execution with a focus on digital solutions, custom app design, and agentic system deployment.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience across recruitment operations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and lead all aspects of initiatives, including sub-projects, inter-dependencies, achievements, risks, contingency plans, and project resources.
  • Lead project test efforts and provide consultative guidance to ensure smooth implementation of business and functional processes.
  • Partner with team members on necessary communication and organizational change plans for project initiatives.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and resolve project issues while recommending solutions.
  • Lead external vendor relationships, advocating for optimal user experience and consulting on the integration of new features into recruiter standard work.
  • Serve as escalation point of contact to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with the TA tech stack.
  • Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects, meeting key results and achievements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • 4+ years of related experience in a similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with a preference for Workday (including Workday Recruit) and Phenom or comparable systems
  • Experience with agentic system deployment (preferred)
  • Experience with custom app configuration and design within HR technology platforms
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with and influencing internal partners at all levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and process-focused, with a continuous improvement and consultative approach
  • Innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $104,100.00–$156,150.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
