Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development or related field AND 4+ years experience in operations or process design or program/project management OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years demonstrated work experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving technical and business stakeholders OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years experience in operations or process design or program/project management OR Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development or related field AND 8+ years experience in operations or process design or program/project management OR equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
Launch Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
