As a Sales Operations Manager supporting the Clinical Applications Business and Sales Operations team, you will help accelerate adoption of Dragon Copilot, an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled clinical assistant experience. You will partner with leadership and sellers to demonstrate value, support broader availability, and help customers and partners transition to the next-generation platform.
You will enable consistent forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and execution as the team aligns to Microsoft operating rhythms. Responsibilities
Support monthly forecasting, pipeline management, and standardized reporting views to enable accurate sales execution.
Contribute to sales operations planning activities, including quota distribution, territory management, seller assignments, and employee data management.
Analyze sales execution data to identify performance blockers and provide insights that help improve customer adds, consumption, pipeline, and scorecard outcomes.
Apply continuous improvements to reporting, tools, and processes, including business intelligence tools, to reduce manual effort and increase adoption.
Collaborate with partners to track risks and growth opportunities and support planning and execution follow-through.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field AND 2+ years’ experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, data related, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field AND 3+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field.
Sales Operations IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $77,800 - $153,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $102,200 - $169,900 per year.
