Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology by shaping operating models and supporting transformation initiatives. Throughout the day, collaboration with cross-functional teams and guiding the implementation of key projects are essential to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Assist in the development of business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience in developing and documenting operating models and business architectures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to support transformation initiatives through structured business case development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
