Responsibilities
- As an Intern/Trainee, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Checking the completeness of the address of before send.
- Processing outgoing Mail on Courier web for JNE & DHL.
- Input / upload and update the Outgoing mails into MCM web and checking and completing the delivery process.
- Do checking and sorting by sender (Bank, Government, Client, Online Shop, and Other).
- Open and register the incoming mail and the confirmation letters.
- Serve users and update status completion when users take incoming mail on IMC.
Requirements
- Good correspondence and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced skill in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skill.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines.
- Proactive personality with strong customer service-orientation
- Available to join the internship immediately
