Join our Audit Competency Center team in Klaipėda, work with experienced colleagues and contribute to projects for both international companies and local businesses.
During this four-month paid internship, you will build practical skills in auditing, data analysis and AI-assisted work. Successful interns may be offered a permanent Audit Assistant role.
The internship starts on 1 December. You will work part-time in December and full-time from January through April.
What you will learn and do:
- Support audit teams by preparing clear, high-quality documentation.
- Learn how audit standards and financial reporting work in practice.
- Work with data from companies across different industries—from large international clients to local businesses.
- Use Excel, business analysis tools and approved AI tools to organise information, identify patterns, draft summaries and complete routine tasks more efficiently.
- Perform agreed audit tests and clearly defined assignments with guidance from experienced colleagues.
- Learn to use AI responsibly: check outputs, protect confidential information and apply professional judgement.
You could be a great fit if you:
- Are a final-year student, recent graduate or expect to graduate within the next 12 months in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Have basic accounting knowledge—or are motivated to acquire it quickly.
- Can communicate confidently in Lithuanian and English.
- Are comfortable using Excel; an interest in AI tools and data analysis is a plus, but prior AI experience is not required.
- Enjoy solving problems, asking questions and turning details into clear conclusions.
- Are proactive, reliable and ready to learn as part of a supportive team.
What is in it for you:
The gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 1,300.

- Enhanced employer-paid sick leave benefits
- Coach and Buddy programme for seamless onboarding and career development
