Who we are looking for

Our program is designed for Apprentices to gain valuable experiences alongside on-the-job training both technically and professionally towards becoming our future leaders and technology experts. You’ll learn from some of the most respected highly qualified people in the industry and be supported by individual mentors and development programs.

The role requires attention to detail and good understanding of coding, design, development of applications and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Our Apprentices will get an opportunity to work with State Street Technology Services at Hyderabad and Bangalore office locations.

What you will be responsible for

As an Apprentice you will be :

  • Analyze operational data and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support governance processes, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Document processes, readiness assessments, and operational procedures.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations.
  • Track actions, risks, dependencies, and program milestones.
  • Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Gather and synthesize information from multiple teams into actionable insights.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • B.Tech degree or equivalent or related field
  • Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and to work efficiently to meet client deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Medium levels of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, excel workbook maintenance best practices)
  • Knowledge of data analytics, Macros and visualization (or similar)
