Who we are looking for

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Support Closing Team Analyst, Officer to join our Global Credit Finance (GCF) division. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and interpreting legal documentation associated with credit facilities. This position is well suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced financial environment, possesses strong analytical and communication skills, and is motivated to build deep expertise in the systems and workflows that support our business.


What you will be responsible for

As a Business Support Closing Team, Analyst you will:


  • Analyze and interpret legal documents related to credit facilities, including credit agreements, amendments, security agreements, and other related documentation
  • Accurately set up, maintain, and reconcile loan records across internal systems, ensuring consistency between executed legal documents and system data
  • Maintain organized records of credit documentation, ensuring all documentation is properly filed, tracked, and updated
  • Support the full loan lifecycle — from initial booking and onboarding through amendment processing and final maturity
  • Coordinate with front office teams and operations staff to facilitate timely execution and processing
  • Identify and escalate data discrepancies; work cross-functionally to investigate root causes and implement corrections
  • Assist in regulatory and audit exam preparation, including responding to examiner requests and producing required documentation
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort through automation or process redesign
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from front office, compliance, and operations teams
  • Adhere to all applicable internal controls, information classification requirements, and data governance standards

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in commercial lending
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfort working with large data sets
  • LoanIQ or comparable loan management/servicing platform experience (e.g., ACBS, nCino, Finastra Fusion) is a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and reporting; ability to write basic to intermediate queries is a plus
  • Experience supporting regulatory exam preparation or internal audit responses in a financial services environment

Minimum Salary:​

zł132 000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
