Amazon Robotics (AR) seeks a talented and motivated Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Quality Technology Services (QTS) organization. This role owns ERP program delivery by leading the migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA, building out the Ariba Business Network for supplier collaboration, designing the supplier onboarding framework, and coordinating with boundary programs for PLM (Teamcenter), Supply Chain Planning (Kinaxis), Integrations, and Data teams. The TPM will drive cross-functional alignment across these pillars, building and executing capability frameworks, managing medium-to-large-scale system implementations, and delivering operational excellence at scale.

This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of supply chain operations and enterprise technology. You will lead programs that connect core supply chain processes with platforms including Oracle ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba Supplier Collaboration, Kinaxis planning, and Teamcenter PLM, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration across systems. Success requires strong executive presence, deep ERP domain expertise (particularly Oracle EBS and SAP), hands-on Ariba knowledge, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for supply chain transformation through technology, proven experience migrating from legacy ERP to SAP, strong operational knowledge of supply chain business processes, and the leadership skills to align diverse stakeholders, delivering committed program scope on time and within budget.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ERP technical program management including the Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA migration, Ariba Business Network implementation, and supplier onboarding framework design.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with dependent teams : PLM (Teamcenter), Supply Chain Planning (Kinaxis), Integration, and Data to ensure aligned timelines, shared dependencies, and cohesive solution delivery.
- Drive requirements design, business process mapping, user acceptance testing, and cutover planning across the ERP migration lifecycle.
- Build and manage the Ariba supplier collaboration platform: onboarding strategy, catalog management, invoice automation, and supplier network enablement.
- Prepare and facilitate business requirements documents, architectural blueprints, and investment business cases with quantitative ROI models.
- Utilize strong business and technical judgment to inform stakeholders of technology and business trade-offs; understand system limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions between ERP and adjacent platforms, and architectural decisions.
- Manage concurrent workstreams across team and organizational boundaries, including development sprints, testing cycles, data migration waves, and integration checkpoints.
- Establish and maintain program governance: status reporting, risk management, escalation protocols, and executive communication cadences.
