High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: - General understanding of technical, mechanical, and machinery equipment is preferred. Basic computer skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail for complex instructions and documentation while maintaining quality output. Demonstrated proficiency in multiple processes in a fast-paced work environment.
- Perform basic math, verbal, written, and oral communication with team.
- Availability to work overtime and flexible shift patterns.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment - Ability to push, pull, lift, and move up to 50 pounds and may be required to stand for extended periods of time while performing duties. Ability to squat, bend, and reach different items to complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including work uniform, steel toe shoes, hair net, beard guard (when required), safety glasses, and gloves. PPE may also include a bump cap, face shield, and full/half-face respirators.

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $16.10–$24.15.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
