Our company seeks a Team Leader, Packaging who will be responsible for the daily oversight of clinical products processed through primary and secondary packaging operations. This role requires attention to details, the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, the desire to provide hands on coaching and mentoring of staff, ability to communicate both verbally and written, and collaborate with cross-functional groups. Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree preferred plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging or FDA-regulated industry

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience is desired preferred
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred

  • As the Operations Team Leader, you will oversee 20-25 employees working on multiple production lines in a clinical pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging environment.

  • Personal Protective Equipment Certification (PPE) including but not limited to filtering face masks, PAPR, N-95 masks, half face masks and safety glasses is required to perform this position
  • Must be able to work in both heat/cold environments (up to 79%)
