What would you do? • We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager Procure to Pay (P2P) to lead and continuously improve end to end P2P operations within our Shared Services organisation. This role combines people leadership, process ownership, stakeholder partnership, and strong governance to ensure high quality, compliant, and efficient P2P service delivery. • As an Associate Manager, you will lead P2P teams responsible for purchase order management, invoice processing, supplier queries, and payment support. Roles and Responsibilities: • Key Responsibilities • P2P Service Delivery & Process Ownership • Own and oversee end to end Procure to Pay operations including • Requisition to PO processing • Goods receipt and 2 way 3 way matching • Invoice processing and exception management • Supplier query resolution and payment support • Ensure services are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with SLAs, policies, and internal controls. • Take accountability for operational stability, backlog management, and issue resolution. • People Leadership & Team Management • Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and Analysts within the P2P function. • Set clear performance expectations and manage delivery against KPIs. • Build a high performing, engaged team culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Support workforce planning, capacity management, onboarding, and capability development. • Stakeholder & Supplier Management • Act as a senior operational partner to Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders. • Manage escalations and complex supplier issues, balancing service quality, compliance, and commercial considerations. • Support supplier enablement initiatives to improve PO compliance and invoice quality. • Controls, Risk & Compliance • Ensure robust execution of internal controls across the P2P process, including approvals, segregation of duties, and vendor master controls. • Maintain audit readiness and act as a key contact for internal and external audits. • Drive remediation of audit findings and control issues, ensuring sustainable fixes are embedded. • Promote a strong risk and compliance culture within P2P operations. • Performance Management & Reporting • Monitor and analyse P2P performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, exception rates, first pass yield, SLA adherence. • Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to Shared Services leadership.
