Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Your work involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions are scalable and efficient. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to deliver high-quality software that supports organizational goals and adapts to evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project objectives. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges or risks that may arise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Experience with integration techniques such as REST and SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems. - Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules to ensure robust application design. - Proficient in using development tools like Salesforce DX and version control systems to manage code effectively. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Manila office.
