Summary:
In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This includes guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role requires ensuring that development standards are maintained, and that the software solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of the daily routine, along with continuous monitoring and improvement of code quality and system architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing technical projects.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
