Summary:
As a Technology Lead of ServiceNow Platform, a typical day involves designing and establishing both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product requirements. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline the creation and configuration of these environments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to maintain and enhance platform stability and performance, while adapting to evolving project needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies to improve environment deployment efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align platform capabilities with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Tech lead, ServiceNow Platform.
- Experience in designing and managing cloud-based environments and automation pipelines.
- Strong understanding of platform configuration and deployment best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to support environment provisioning.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
