As a Procurement Practice Representative/ ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves delivering comprehensive procurement and category management services. This includes engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs, managing supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance, and overseeing strategic sourcing initiatives. The role requires balancing multiple priorities to support organizational goals while fostering collaboration across teams to drive procurement excellence and value creation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements within procurement activities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement strategies.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and category management principles.
- Experience in managing supplier performance and vendor relationships effectively.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sourcing objectives.
- Skilled in analyzing procurement data to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
