Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools and application programming interfaces to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Platform, ServiceNow Core Developer.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and integration techniques.
- Ability to use low-code platforms and tools for application development and automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges within packaged applications.
- Understanding of release management processes and system stability best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
