Summary:
In the role of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing configurations, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable, performs efficiently, and aligns with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the platform and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to optimize platform configurations and integrations to enhance overall system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless release management and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and knowledge development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable platform standards.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
