Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects, with a strong focus on ServiceNow, Virtual Agent, and Agentic AI capabilities. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of solution design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Act as an SME and provide technical leadership while collaborating with and managing the development team.
-Drive technical decisions related to ServiceNow application architecture, Virtual Agent, AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
-Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and architectural decisions.
-Provide solutions to complex technical problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
-Lead the planning, design, development, and execution of ServiceNow solutions to meet project timelines and quality standards.
-Design and implement ServiceNow Virtual Agent experiences, conversational workflows, topics, and integrations to improve user self-service and automation.
-Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to align technical efforts with business requirements.
-Evaluate emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and recommend appropriate use cases for enterprise

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. , ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in managing and leading development teams through complex project deliveries.
- Ability to implement best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance.
- Skilled in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a timely manner.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
