As part of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you'll help manage monthly closing processes, develop forecasts, analyze variances, and prepare business reviews. REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree required; prior experience in financial analysis or a corporate finance environment preferred
• Self-motivated with a proactive and enthusiastic, and dedicated approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and long-term career success
• Preferred Fields of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills for collaborating in a matrix environment
