Description

The Apple Arcade and Apple Marketplace Platforms & Technologies team is looking for a highly organized, motivated and resourceful individual capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment to join our team as an administrative assistant. Working closely with another administrative assistant, you will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple senior directors. This position requires a tenacious self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the team, take initiative to tackle problems independently, and work collaboratively with admins who support our cross-functional partners.

In this position, you'll provide administrative support for senior leadership and general support for the team overall. Successful candidates will demonstrate a sense of urgency, clear ability to collaborate, support people, and contribute to the team in an energized way.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced administrative support for senior leadership, and general support for the team overall
Manage calendars and organize meetings across multiple time zones - in person and virtually - with stakeholders from a variety of cross-functional teams
Book and maintain complex travel schedules, domestic and international, and process expense reports as needed
Support day-to-day needs, including escorting people in and out of secured areas for meetings, providing lunches, printing documents, and other tasks to make the day run smoothly
Partner with hiring managers on new hire setup, including ordering equipment, and securing workspace
Serve as an IT contact for the team, tech savviness is a big plus to support the overall team with ad hoc and daily requests
Support Facilities needs for the team, including conference room management, badge access, printer maintenance, office supplies ordering, etc.
Plan multi-day onsite or offsite meetings that involve securing appropriate conference room space, supplies and catering

Pay & Benefits — Cupertino, California, United States

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $43.49 and $65.24/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
