Apple is seeking an exceptional Network Support Engineer to join their Global Network Services (GNS) team, with a focus on Retail network infrastructure. This is a technical, hands-on role in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The successful candidate will have a mixture of technical know-how as well as a excellent network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to perform day to day support activities including, but not limited to:
Troubleshoot wireless, LAN and WAN issues.
Diagnose and identify root causes of network issues.
Maintain consistency (code, platforms, configuration) across the global fleet.
Schedule and execute change requests.
Proficiently coordinate and troubleshoot with internal and external partners within a large scale enterprise.

Bachelors degree in Networking, software development, Computer Science/Engineering, Retail Customer Service, Help Desk Support, Engineering or equivalent degree or experience.
Experience in Network Engineering Fundamentals.
Flexibility to work early morning or late night shift patterns.
