Position Summary 

Cruiserath Biologics are seeking to recruit an Intern for the QC Shared Services, QC Projects team to support the QC teams at its Multi-Product Cell Culture Drug Substance Facility.  

Reporting to the QC Projects Senior Manager, they will support the activities in the Projects team as defined below. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

• Support the QC teams with continuous improvement projects as part of the QC Projects portfolio. 

• Project management of projects assigned to self, including planning, tracking, communication and escalations were needed.  

• Collaborate and support ongoing QC Projects. 

• Support of process improvements for onboarding, training plans and method specific training. 

• Support of process improvements for investigation reduction and right first time in the QC teams. 

• Support lean labs and automated scheduling tool process improvements. 

• Strategically plan and implement procedures and systems to maximise operating efficiency through the use of Operational Excellence tools. 

• Support of operational training activities to support efficiency and compliance across QC e.g. support onboarding and other training related requests. 

• Perform activities to support Drug Substance release e.g tracking, data collation. 

• Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Registered Specifications. 

• Ensure any laboratory process improvements align with the BMS Safety culture. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Currently undertaking a third level qualification (Degree) in Science or related discipline. 

• Experience with basic laboratory practices, such as use of pipettes, balances and pH meters.  

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Experience of working as part of a team and ability to work on own initiative.

Compensation Overview:

Pay for this internship/co‑op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location.

Interns and co‑op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Eligibility and offerings are governed by applicable policies and employment regulations.

This is a temporary, time‑bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co‑op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment following program completion.
