This role involves working with a team of Quality Professionals who

provide quality support to CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organization). The role also requires working with BMS Supply chain, Regulatory compliance, Material science & technology (MS&T), Quality services & Systems teams, supporting both internal BMS colleagues & external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Support the investigation and responses to market product complaints for the pharmaceutical products that BMS is responsible for.

• Support investigations arising from the manufacture and packaging of

pharmaceutical products including RCA (Root Cause Analysis), CAPAs (Corrective and Preventative Actions).

• Support change controls relating to the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products including impact assessments.

• Reviewing batch documentation and RRFs (Regulatory Restriction Forms).

• Coordinate quality metrics programs.

• Support the preparation of Annual Product Reviews for each of the products manufactured and packaged.

• Support improvement projects.

• Provide support in responding to queries related to the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products.

Required Competencies:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work within cross-functional teams.

• Basic technical writing skills and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments and changing priorities

• Ability to learn and utilize computerized systems for daily performance of tasks.

• Requires approximately 5-10% travel, mostly to CMO sites.

Required Qualification(s) and Desired Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant academic experience and knowledge in a science discipline (e.g., chemistry, pharmacy, micro-biology, or a related pharmaceutical degree).

Compensation Overview:

Pay for this internship/co‑op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location.

Interns and co‑op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Eligibility and offerings are governed by applicable policies and employment regulations.

This is a temporary, time‑bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co‑op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment following program completion.
