Job Description
Perform Record-to-Report accounting activities across Inventory, Billing, Intercompany, and General Ledger processes. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of accounting tasks, reconciliations, and period-end close activities in accordance with Group policies, internal controls, and reporting deadlines.
Support the integrity of accounting records by maintaining consistency between operational subledger activity, intercompany balances, inventory accounting, and GL postings. Contribute to efficient execution, standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the R2R function.
The scope and complexity of responsibilities will be aligned with the successful candidate’s experience. More experienced candidates may take ownership of more complex accounting topics, independently resolve non-standard issues, and provide subject matter support to other team members.
Develop a digital mindset and openness to change by using available systems and tools effectively and identifying opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual effort.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform month-end and year-end close activities within the R2R scope, including Inventory, Billing, Intercompany, and General Ledger.
- Prepare and post journal entries, recurring accounting adjustments, and corrections.
- Process and verify inventory-related postings, stock movements, and reconciliations.
- Support Billing and Intercompany transactions, including invoice processing, matching, reconciliation, and settlement of open items.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, inventory-related accounts, intercompany balances, and GL accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Analyze differences between subledger activity and General Ledger balances and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions in line with accounting policies, internal controls, SLA requirements, and close deadlines.
- Provide documentation and support for audit and control activities.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders across Finance and the business to resolve accounting and operational issues.
- Contribute to standardization, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of R2R processes.
- Use available digital tools effectively and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual activities.
- For candidates joining at Senior Specialist level: take ownership of more complex reconciliations and non-standard accounting topics, independently drive issue resolution, review accounting treatment where required, and provide subject matter support and knowledge sharing within the team.
CORE ELEMENTS RELATED TO THIS ROLE:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

zł92,900.00 - zł127,710.00
