Job Description

Role Summary:
The Key Account Manager (PDT Public) is responsible for driving access, adoption, and growth of Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) and Rare Disease within government institutions, public healthcare systems, and strategic accounts. The role involves stakeholder engagement, account planning, tender management, demand generation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal patient access and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key public sector hospitals and institutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, procurement teams, administrators, and government stakeholders.
  • Drive tender planning, contract execution, and business growth across assigned public accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient access and optimize utilization of PDT products.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and healthcare policies impacting the public sector.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to achieve account objectives.

Key Requirements:
