Position Summary
As Director, HR Operations for the Laboratory Chemicals Division, you will serve as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership, translating business priorities into people strategies that enable growth, strengthen organizational effectiveness and build a high-performing culture.
Working within a complex, global matrix organization, you will partner with leaders to shape and execute strategies across talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, engagement and retention. You will play a key role in organizational transformation and change while building effective teams aligned with our 4i Values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement.
You will also lead critical HR processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews and total rewards. Using strong business acumen, workforce analytics and data-driven insights, you will identify opportunities to strengthen organizational capabilities, enhance the employee experience and deliver sustainable business results.
In this role, you will:

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Advanced degree with 6+ years of progressive HR experience, or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field preferred.
- PHR, SPHR or equivalent professional HR certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR business partner supporting senior and executive leadership.
- Experience leading organizational transformation, change management and talent initiatives.
- Labor relations experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $160,100.00–$261,900.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
