Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating and implementing technical engineering solutions that address complex challenges and support organizational goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The day includes overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, managing costs, and assembling the necessary resources to successfully deliver engineering or construction projects. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is a key aspect to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong expertise in managing engineering projects across multiple disciplines including manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering.
- Experience in resource planning and allocation to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop innovative, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical project management principles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
