This role is with our Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture.

Partners in Performance, Part of Accenture is a global management consulting firm with a focus on human performance working alongside client partners to make change happen. We’ve got offices in Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, Africa, North and South America and Europe but prefer to spend as little time in them as possible. The Business Analyst role is an entry level role where you would be immediately exposed to being the frontline change agent for our clients.  You are the primary source of reliable data and rock-solid analysis, providing the fact base the improvement team uses to make decisions in real time. 

Responsibilities include:

• • Assisting with the delivery of measurable improvements and in the implementation of processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements, especially by supporting prioritization and problem-solving
  • To work closely with other team members and client team members to collect/analyze data and provide insights
  • At times, the business analyst may be given the opportunity to take on front-line coaching roles, especially with client analysts, to broaden their management experience
  • This position involves a significant amount of on-site travel. The ideal candidate is comfortable and available to travel 70% as part of the role. This will include US and Canadian travel, as well as other international opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Expected Graduation date between December 2026 - June 2027
• Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant internship or professional experience within top-tier consulting firms, industrial organizations, or the natural resources sector is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Intern experience in operations consulting, natural resources, mining, heavy industry, construction, or other asset-intensive environments.
• Exposure to working on industrial, mining, manufacturing, construction, or field-based project sites.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to confidently address challenging questions and effectively communicate complex concepts using visual tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, build trust, and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Proven drive for results, ownership, and delivering measurable business impact.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with approximately 80% of the role involving client-site and field-based work.

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
